I had the worst experience here. I ordered something for $8.00 and got charged almost $13.00 with no explanation. I reviewed the receipt so I went to them to receive an explanation and they charged me extra for syrup that they had said that it comes with the order. They ended up giving me a $2.00 refund and 2$ still remained paid from me for no reason. I asked about it again and she was very rude, and said we charge for syrup!!!! so I canceled my order and asked for a full refund. She did something on the computer without telling me that I'm all set and she left without saying anything about the refund! So I had to wait because I didn't know if she refunded my money. My husband paid for 2 orders..so we're not beggars or cheap.. the place is very dirty ..she better clean rather than treat customers this way. Maybe because the worker doesn't own the business, she doesn't care about the reputation of this place and she wants them to close. Worst customer service!

Boba ice cream was delicious! Will definitely be back! Very helpful and friendly staff plus really clean dining area.

I'd give this place a 5 stars because usually this place is very good and consistent, but today I went in and saw that the usual box of ashta ice cream in their freezer wasn't there, so one of the employees there filled up a box for me. However, they emptied out the remainder of a bucket of the ashta ice cream, and didn't fill up the box fully. It's not missing a little amount because I wouldn't be making this review if it did, but it was missing an actual considerate amount (a few scoops worth).

I never had this before, this was my first time and it was amazing!!!! I had the waffle biscoff and it was the best choice ever! And it’s come with a side of ice! The service and staff were welcoming and friendly!

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The first time I ordered from this company, I received the wrong item. It was nothing like what I ordered, and it ended up in the trash. I made the mistake of giving them a second chance. They charged my payment immediately, but they never shipped my order. To make things even worse, every time I call to ask about my order, they simply hang up on me instead of helping. This company has terrible customer service and does not seem to care about its customers. Taking people’s money without shipping their orders and refusing to communicate is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are many honest businesses that deserve your money more than this one.
